Edward Patz was born on March 8, 1902. He was baptized by Fr. Augustinus Fricker of Saint Boniface R.C. Church, 124 Locust Street, Buffalo, NY, on March 16, 1902. Sponsors were Edward and Anna Buchholz.

We assume that Edward died shortly thereafter. Per the clerks at Buffalo City Hall, no laws existed requiring the registering of births or deaths in New York State. We have not therefore been able to locate any death or interment records for him.
